6-Week Series Beginning August 2

Join Jennie Inglis for a class introducing basic old-style percussive step dancing. Flatfoot and buckdance, precursors to modern team clogging, are danced to string band music in both solo and social settings. This class will focus on moving the body and feet in time to the music.

Jennie has been dancing since age 5, and brings close to thirty years of step dancing
experience to the class. She can also be seen dancing or playing double bass with various groups of musicians in the northeast Georgia area.

Classes run August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (class WILL meet during Labor Day weekend) and September 6.

No experience is necessary. We STRONGLY urge that you wear leather or hard-soled shoes.
